As a Shop Assistant, you would be working in a shop environment maintaining a clean workplace and removing impediments to production employees.

This is a fast-paced, hard-working, but very rewarding environment. Maddox is a great American company which values honesty, integrity, and recognizes the men and women who serve our customers, build up the team, and value the company and culture we've built.

Your day-to-day activities will involve cleaning, forklift and overhead crane operation, equipment inspections, stocking items, and completing various one-off tasks.

Basics:



• Pay: $19.56 - $25.52 per hour, depending on experience. Plus bonus and other benefits including up to $1k/month wellness stipend. This position has a path to promotion to “Level 2”, which earns up to $29.77 per hour, and can continue growing from there.

• This position currently works 40 hours on a 5-day a week schedule. All day-time schedule (not night shift). Schedule changes slightly during Summer/Winter, but is generally 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Some paid overtime is available during peak times.
