We're looking for a SUPER fired up Chiropractor to work with us as an Associate. Your mission? To show us your awesomeness and empower others to live healthier lives with incredible and principled chiropractic care.

The ideal candidate will be teachable, self-motivated, and with a strong servant heart.

Excellent communication skills and empathy are essential for providing top-notch patient care.

We are a solely Pierce Results System (“PRS”) practice; if you aren’t familiar with it already we’ll teach you. it includes the use of DDR motion films, digital Xrays, thermographic imaging and DTG instrumentation to measure nerve pressure (don’t let this overwhelm you; you’ll be taught by one of the most experienced PRS doctors in the world).

Your pay is commensurate with your outcomes. We want you to be exceptionally successful but there will be a lot of satisfying work required.

• Perform chiropractic adjustments to effectively care for patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose and develop treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, with the team, and with the lead Doctor.
• Establish and maintain a successful chiropractic practice of your own utilizing our systems, techniques, and with the support of a Doctor and practice in business for 20+ years.
• Develop an outreach calendar, including social media videos, that will be submitted to our in house and third party social media marketing directors as an effort to grow your business quickly and with your curated demographic.

• Current chiropractic license and certification.
• Experience not required; having exceptional motivation and a servant heart IS required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to establish your own practice within our practice (we will show you how to do it so that you can eventually build your own practice anywhere). You MUST be coachable and wanting to work hard for HUGE results.

Chiropractic Wellness Center of Baltimore is located in White Marsh, Maryland, a beautiful and amenity-rich suburb in Baltimore County.

We are a holistic chiropractic office focused entirely on subluxation-based care (no therapies or modalities, just straight chiropractic).

This is our ministry: we pray for those who walk through our doors and believe that God entrusted with the care of each practice member. We serve the Lord (not the government) and we support Biblical values and our United States Constitution. The only flag that we’ll have on display is that of Old Glory.
