We're looking for someone who is motivated and excited to be apart of this campaign season as a Republican Field Organizer to lead and coordinate field operations, manage volunteers, and ensure effective voter engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills to drive campaign goals and motivate the team.

• Lead and coordinate field operations, including canvassing, volunteer management, and voter engagement strategies.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach to communicate the campaign’s message and gather valuable feedback.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers and canvassers to meet daily and weekly goals.

• Ability to commute to various locations across Florida where the campaign is actively canvassing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with voters, volunteers, and campaign staff.
• Proven track record in tracking and reporting on field activities and engagement metrics.
