Job Summary

We are currently seeking a few full-time Customer Care Representatives to join our team. This is a home-based position. As a Customer Care Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This includes promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving any complaints, and providing detailed product information. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and providing valuable feedback to our team regarding customer service matters.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems and Google Drive
  • Provide detailed product information and gather customer feedback

Second Shift - two options


Sunday through Thursday (with Sundays 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. pacific time and Monday through Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. pacific time)


or


Monday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. pacific time and Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. pacific time.
