Bayside Heating and Cooling is eager to hire an HVAC Service Tech who is not only skilled in their craft but wants to take ownership of their work and learn good business and management skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC systems, a valid state license, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Perform routine maintenance, and performance tests and repairs on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on system maintenance
• Perform complete system replacements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to assist in business development and client retention efforts
• Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset
