Landscape Maintenance Division ManagerWhatcom Landscapes
Job Summary
We're looking for a hard-working landscape individual with a positive attitude, takes initiative, and gets excited about growing and perfecting our maintenance division. At least 5 years of maintenance experience at least 2 years as a crew lead with an established landscape company will be required.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and distributing workload for mow crews
- Learning scheduling software and creating and completing timesheets
- Completing own work load including pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and applying herbicides.
- Loading crews with necessary tools and supplies for the day
- Communicating with customers and working collaboratively with your team
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to be part of something larger than themselves
