We're looking for someone with 3-7 years of experience as an Online Communications Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing workforce strategies, managing programs, and providing training to our employees. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

• Develop and implement workforce strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Manage programs that support workforce development and training initiatives.
• Provide training and development opportunities to employees to foster growth and engagement.

• Must be internet proficient and have strong computer literacy.
• Preference for candidates with proficiency with the Revv, or other fundraising platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with program evaluation and reporting.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
