Job Summary

We're looking for highly personable extroverts to serve as a Licensed Sales/Service Agent. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing excellent customer service and offering tailored insurance solutions. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in understanding and meeting our clients' unique needs. A background in insurance sales and policy underwriting will set you up for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide expert advice on insurance products.
  • Generate sales leads and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Valid insurance license in the state of operation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
