We're looking for someone to join our team as a Program Manager to lead and manage contracts for developing and producing military radar systems for U.S. Department of Defense customers. The ideal candidate will ensure the effective delivery of program objectives and maintain compliance with DoD standards. Strong leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge of DoD regulations are essential for this role.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of DoD programs, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and program objectives
• Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans, overseeing technical, schedule, cost, and financial metrics
• Serve as the primary point of contact for DoD clients and stakeholders, preparing and delivering program reports, presentations, and documentation
• Identify and assess program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with DoD regulations, including cybersecurity and quality assurance requirements
• Lead a cross-functional team of project managers, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities within the DoD sector, contributing to proposal development, and building relationships with potential clients and partners

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
