We're looking for someone with financial leadership experience to join our team as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Your mission will be to ensure our financial processes run smoothly, enabling our team to be more effective in their roles. You'll work closely with the executive team to achieve our shared responsibilities and proactively steward our financial resources. Your expertise will equip our team members with the tools they need to be successful.

• Oversee all aspects of financial stewardship to support data-driven decisions and proactive resource management
• Develop strategic and business plans, along with related budgets and success metrics, mapping top-level business objectives into financial plans
• Provide clear, understandable, and proactive reporting on financial and operational metrics to guide business decisions
• Ensure alignment between resources, employee activities, and business outcomes

• Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to make sound decisions in line with the CEO’s vision
• Proven experience managing financial teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to bridge high-level vision with ground-level details
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities in order to convey complex information succinctly
