Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-15 years of experience as an Engineering Technician to join our Phoenix team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, project management, and property condition assessments. This role involves a mix of fieldwork and client interaction, with a focus on delivering high-quality inspection and assessment services.
Responsibilities
- Perform field inspections on a variety of buildings and structures, both existing and new construction.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for key clients, managing task completion and providing clear feedback.
- Author and coordinate written detailed inspection and assessment reports using established processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and current EIT certification, preferred but not necessary.
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent and strong building code knowledge (B1 and B2 certifications preferred).
- Ability to climb ladders, go up/downstairs, crawl into small spaces, and visually assess buildings and spaces.
