Purchasing AgentWork Heartily, LLC
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Agent to join our client's team at Redefined Lighting, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting suppliers, managing inventory, and analyzing market trends to ensure cost-effective solutions for our lighting products. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal teams, and utilizing the Acumatica ERP system for efficient purchasing processes.
- Source, select, and evaluate suppliers for lighting products and technologies
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain appropriate inventory
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and costs in the lighting industry
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly, particularly Acumatica
