Construction Project ManagerDelphi Plumbing and Heating

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing administrative and technical management over several infrastructure and wastewater projects, ensuring project schedules and budgets are maintained, and fostering a culture of safety.

• Lead the project team hands-on, and provide administrative and technical oversight of multiple infrastructure and wastewater projects
• Establish and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Ensure proper reporting, records management, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance

• Strong leader with high attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach 
• Strong communication skills and ability to ensure safety and efficiency
