We're looking for someone with experience managing teams in public affairs, public relations, news media, government, political campaigns, or advocacy organizations to become our Chief of Staff. You’ll be responsible for guiding our company’s day-to-day rhythm, overseeing execution and enhancement of our work quality, and ensuring effective communication across all team members. Strong leadership experience, keen problem-solving and first-rate communications skills, and experience handling difficult challenges are crucial for this role.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and processes in alignment with the company’s goals
- Lead and mentor a team of public affairs professionals, ensuring seamless client engagement and high-quality project deliverables
- Drive overall strategy and execution of client projects, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables are met
- Provide analysis and support to the president and executive team for decision-making processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client/team relationship management
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and remote work roles
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some travel, early mornings, and late evenings
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong Understanding of the news cycle, the social conversation, and how high-level people operate
