Job Summary

We're looking for someone with experience as an Office Coordinator with an interest in also fielding Tier 1 technical support on the Help Desk. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our team, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing office administration tasks. Your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be key to your success in this role. We are looking for someone able to start during the week of August 5th.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Manage office administration tasks, including scheduling, supplies, and vendor relationships
