Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures that support the agency's strategic objectives
- Oversee the preparation and management of comprehensive annual budgets and long-term financial plans
- Supervise the production of regular financial reports and conduct detailed analyses to guide key leadership decisions
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration and a CPA designation
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse financial teams
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at presenting complex financial information to a variety of audiences
