We're looking for someone with a service-oriented mindset and great time management skills to join our team as a Case Manager who can help workers with their claims. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, eager to adopt our processes, and able to manage the routine work that must be done to keep workers' compensation cases moving forward. This role involves working closely with clients, organizing and preparing documents, and assisting our attorney with various tasks. Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients about their injuries and wages, organize intake information, and prepare summaries for the attorney
  • Contact medical offices for follow-up regarding records and reports
  • Work with our attorney to draft and review filings, motions, affidavits, and requests for medical records and wage information
  • Treat our clients' cases with the utmost respect, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Organize, index, and proofread documents, ensuring accurate and efficient file management
  • Review and manage medical records and claim files, following up with clients and providers professionally
  • Perform administrative duties such as answering phone lines, filing, photocopying, and scanning

What We Offer
  • Competitive annual salary of $44k-$58k/yr DOE
  • Bonus opportunities after a 6-month period
