Role & Responsibility
For this role, you will have substantial management experience in high-end residential projects ranging from $3M to $10M. You will have a firm understanding of all construction processes and practices from foundation to finish. Your grasp of architectural and structural plans should be comprehensive. A thorough knowledge of Procore, Sage 100, or Master Builder as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must! You are competent in geometry, basic math skills, and construction vocabulary. Ultimately, you are a professional communicator seeking opportunities to show initiative, be proactive, and take ownership of projects where appropriate.
