Role & Responsibility

To be successful in the role of Superintendent for this prestigious company you will understand and enjoy the intricacies of teamwork, complex collaboration, and trust-building. You are a natural leader, confidently providing management in all aspects of the construction project. Documenting RFI’s, time cards, daily reports, and equipment logs is second nature to you. You easily adapt to the circumstances, size, and complexity of each project. Problem solving and effectively communicating are valuable skills that further ensure the success of the construction effort. You are able to see the “big picture” without compromising the details, both big and small.
