Job Description

We conduct clinical studies to bring new medicines to people to save lives, and extend and improve quality of life.

We are seeking a FULL TIME "outbound" call-center experienced individual to contact people who expressed an interest (warm calling) in a clinical study (investigational medication under clinical development), introduce them to the study, ask them qualification questions and schedule them for a screening appointment at our clinic. Must be available late afternoons and evenings, including 6PM - 9PM *Eastern Time*, plus Saturdays OR Sundays.

Our ideal candidate

  • Rapidly contacts people from the time they have shown interest
  • Makes a high volume of quality calls
  • Creates trust during the discussion to increase the chances that eligible people will move forward and set an appointment at the clinic.
  • Has determination and patience to call the same candidates several times and at different days and hours until candidates answer the phone, while recording the results of such efforts.
  • Has a good (and friendly) phone presence
  • Is comfortable using email and web-based systems
  • Has a basic knowledge of medical terms. Prior experience as an Medical Assistant or Nurse is beneficial, though not a requirement.
  • Works well with a team

A web-based portal will be provided which gives access to leads, an internet-based phone system and schedule. A pre-defined phone script will be leveraged.

This is for applicants who can work the late calling schedule (6-9PM Eastern Time).

Must have all four:

  • Stable internet connection,
  • Reliable PC with the latest updates for Windows 10
  • Chrome browser
  • Headset and a quiet environment

Commission varies depending on the individual study, based on qualified individuals successfully completing their first office visit.
