THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Head of Corporate Marketing & Social Media you will contribute to the Foundry vision of growing great brands that enhance our customers lives. You will do this by developing and implementing a brand and growth marketing strategy for the Foundry brand across all media channels.

As a key member of the Foundry team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing marketing strategy as well as overseeing the planning, execution and evaluation of campaigns and tactics. You will have a strong focus on social media and will be expected to drive messaging, awareness, engagement and loyalty among three key groups: Founders (Amazon/eCommerce business owners), career candidates and strategic partners. You will work extensively across internal teams as well as our external partners is PR, social media and photo/video team to increase the Foundry share of voice in the fast growing aggregator space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years progressive omnichannel marketing experience with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Extensive experience with leveraging social platforms to create brand messaging and amplify existing content.
  • Experience experimenting with new social media channels, adapting to changes implemented on social media platforms and creating/revising best practices based on those changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural storyteller who understands brand DNA, voice and aesthetics
  • Strong analytical skills including proficiency with Google Analytics, reporting software and spreadsheets
