Job Description

Points Consulting is growing rapidly. The company President needs a right-hand person to manage a variety of processes and systems. We are looking for the type of person who loves making things run smoothly. We have many halfway functional processes that need to be optimized. We are not concerned about educational background, just about personality and attitude. This person is ideally also a good editor, writer, and "techy" enough to figure out software and hardware issues on their own.

This is a part-time role, ideally in the range of 15-30 hours a week. Just hourly pay, no benefits. Potential to transition to a full-time role in the future for the right candidate

More specifically, here are a few of the tasks the Operations Coordinator will be working responsible for:

  • Setting up contracts with clients and subcontractors
  • Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and client invoicing (with assistance of bookkeeper)
  • Maintaining and enforcing company style guide for both employees and subcontractors
  • Implement and enforcing procedural guidelines for project management software
  • Create regular social media content for distribution on Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Implement and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Managing the President's calendar including screening appointments and pursuing strategic connections
  • Some data entry and list building
  • Monitoring business leads via numerous Request of Proposal (RFP) outlets 
  • Engaging with partners and prior clients to obtain testimonials, resumes, and other written content
  • Writing summaries of existing and prior project for use in marketing collateral
