Job Description

Reports to: Andrew Crapuchettes (founder)

Position Type: 30 to 40 hr a week contractor (1099) to start

Wage range: TBD based on candidate

 

Description:  RedBalloon.work is a very early-stage startup.  The goal of the business is to bless Moscow first and then bless conservatives (businesses and employees) across the country.  Because it is a very early-stage startup, this position must be filled by someone who is willing to wear a lot of hats. 

The primary function of the person will be to take care of the new business customers that the sales and marketing teams bring to the business.  This will require understanding the site, not being afraid to ask them to renew and being willing to upsell them on more services where it makes sense.    Generally, this person will make sure the RedBalloon.work customers have an amazing experience such that they keep paying and tell their friends.

This will likely include, but will not be limited to:

  • Become an expert in ALL RedBalloon.work functions, and be able to expertly explain them
  • Be a strong writer who can develop and refine CS materials
  • Track team performance and develop talent
  • Be able to anticipate opportunities (sales, etc.)
  • Be able to anticipate problems and take preventative measures
  • Organize and refine CS processes in order to improve customer experience
  • High EQ and ability to tactfully handle certain CS situations

The two things we care about the most are strong communication skills and insight/initiative/tact… well, that ended up being more than two things… but you understand what I mean!
