Support Account Executive-Austin

Job Description:  TEAM Solutions is a performance driven systems & services integrator who provides building automation and energy management solutions to the commercial building market.  Overall, the support account executive position requires the ability to bring problem solving solutions with accurate estimates and detailed proposals to customers. By performing these responsibilities, a support account executive enables our company to deliver quality solutions that build lasting relationships with our customers.

 Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, building technologies and MEP plans & specifications is a plus.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan in the Austin market to meet/exceed sales goals.
  • Execute sales of our product lines with minimal supervision.
  • Seek to understand the needs and concerns of potential customers to develop personalized solutions.
  • Focus on maintaining and improving our existing customer base.
  • Conduct cold calls to expand customer base while building relationships with prospective customers who are responsible for the decision-making process.
  • Negotiate complex sales opportunities.
  • Determine market trends and develop sales plans to target opportunities and establish lasting relationships with key market influencers.
  • Utilize sales tools to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunities.
  • Work with internal operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidate qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 years of sales/marketing experience
  • 2-4 years of industry related sales/marketing experience
  • Successful experience in sales in the Austin market a plus

Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality work. Well represented and businesslike supporting a demeanor that establishes a comfort with customers. Ability to work with others and be a team player is a key to success in this role.
