Petros Financial Group and Woman’s Worth® LLC is seeking an outgoing, motivated self-starter for the firm's Central Florida office located in Winter Park, FL.  Some travel may be necessary.  Petros Financial Group is an integrated retirement planning firm with additional offices in Palm Coast and the main office in Jacksonville, FL.  An affiliate company of Petros, Woman’s Worth® LLC, specializes in the unique lifetime income planning needs of women and serves women in a female-friendly manner.  The purpose of this position is to provide an exceptional problem-solving and friendly experience for all clients requesting support while offering proactive service complete with a high level of problem resolution, follow-through, and communication. 

 The primary function is to service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, index annuity reallocations, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings and preparing issued accounts for delivery.  Strong follow-through of commitments is a must and all follow-up activities are to be completed, allowing for a systematic meeting process.  The end result will be delighted, informed clients and advisors as well as accurate tracking and successful completion of new accounts.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant customer service experience in the financial or insurance industry, preferably working with financial advisors
  • State of Florida 215 Insurance license required

 Key Job Duties:

  • Communicate with clients to fully understand their inquiries or requests and the results and outcomes
  • Contact appropriate individuals or companies to resolve clients’ inquiries or requests
  • Follow-up on unresolved inquiries or requests
  • Process requests made by individual managing case-prep and post-appointment activities as directed by advisor
  • Request scheduling of review appointments
  • Review IRA accounts to determine RMD requirements and advise advisors or clients accordingly
  • Review accounts and advise clients in January to make IRA contributions
  • Modify and maintain CRM, records for address or other client contact changes
  • Meet with clients on the phone or in-person as necessary to successfully resolve the needs of the client


Job Type:  Part Time – 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM  Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; very rare evenings in support of company events; with the flexibility to work extra hours from time to time.
