Petros Financial Group and Woman’s Worth® LLC is seeking an outgoing, motivated self-starter for the firm's Central Florida office located in Winter Park, FL. Some travel may be necessary. Petros Financial Group is an integrated retirement planning firm with additional offices in Palm Coast and the main office in Jacksonville, FL. An affiliate company of Petros, Woman’s Worth® LLC, specializes in the unique lifetime income planning needs of women and serves women in a female-friendly manner. The purpose of this position is to provide an exceptional problem-solving and friendly experience for all clients requesting support while offering proactive service complete with a high level of problem resolution, follow-through, and communication.
The primary function is to service the existing client base with all service requests including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, index annuity reallocations, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings and preparing issued accounts for delivery. Strong follow-through of commitments is a must and all follow-up activities are to be completed, allowing for a systematic meeting process. The end result will be delighted, informed clients and advisors as well as accurate tracking and successful completion of new accounts.
Key Job Duties:
Job Type: Part Time – 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; very rare evenings in support of company events; with the flexibility to work extra hours from time to time.
