Petros Financial Group and Woman’s Worth® LLC is seeking an outgoing, motivated self-starter and experienced individual for the firm's main office location. Petros Financial Group is an integrated retirement planning firm headquartered in Jacksonville, FL with offices in Palm Coast,  and Winter Park. Woman’s Worth® LLC, an affiliate company, specializes in the unique lifetime income planning needs of women and serves women in a female-friendly manner. The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing superior service to the firm's prospective and existing clients, with a high level of follow-through and communication.

The position requires the individual to perform general administrative services along with marketing coordination duties such as incoming calls, outbound calls, calendar management, maintaining the office appearance, welcoming clients to the office, assisting with marketing and event planning, and meeting goals to ensure prospect appointments are set to fill all revenue days. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for supporting the Palm Coast and Winter Park, FL offices and backfilling needs as required.

 Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant customer service and appointment setting experience in the financial or insurance industry, preferably working with financial advisors
  • 2-3 years of experience with entry-level event planning and coordination of company events
  • Well-developed communication written and oral communication skills demonstrated through relevant job experience
  • 3+ years working with client scheduling applications such as Outlook, Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.

 Key Job Duties:

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a professional and enthusiastic manner
  • Set appointments to fill advisor calendars and confirm all appointments
  • Document all incoming and outbound calls, update and maintain client and prospect information in the firm’s CRM
  • Manage advisors' calendars
  • Track and manage all leads and prospects
  • Assist with implementation of all marketing plans and strategies
  • Manage and record RSVPs to upcoming events, workshops and seminars
  • Support, participate and manage various aspects of all public marketing events which typically are evenings several times a month
  • Handle various administrative support tasks for advisors
  • Keep office and reception area maintained in a professional manner
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and marketing collaterals
  • Update, design, and prepare seminar documents using PowerPoint as directed by the advisor


Job Type

Full Time; 8:30AM - 5:30 PM Monday through Friday; Some evenings in support of company events

Salary
$31,000-$32,000/ year; dependent on relevant job experience
