The successful manager will manage staff and supervisors to insure client requirements and production levels are maintained and fulfilled. Responsibility also includes support and communication of business goals, quality standards, processes and procedures, and policies, administer motivational programs that include incentives, contests, and team performance programs. Extensive knowledge of collection laws is required
BS/BA in Business/Operations Management preferred
Previous collection agency management experience required
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop effective teams
Oral and written communication and analytical skills
Results oriented with ability to manage change while creating a positive environment
Proficiency in collections software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel, quality monitoring tools and applications, call center applications, reporting tools and technologies
This job is not remote. You would be required to relocate to the Tupelo, MS area.
