Job Description

INSURANCE HOUSING AND HOTEL ACCOUNTING Specialist wanted for fast-paced Temporary Housing and Relocation Company, exclusive to the Insurance Industry. We compassionately, quickly, & efficiently relocate families displaced from their homes nationwide due to disaster loss. Responsibilities include Accounts payable processing, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, HR, and other accounting needs.

This position is a full time Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 PM position. The ideal candidate must have either an Accounting degree or at least 2 years of direct accounting and payroll experience or Property Management or Hotel Accounting experience. Candidate must be extremely service and detail oriented, compassionate, friendly, and self-motivated, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE, Communication, administrative. and organizational skills. Hotel, Relocation, or Property Management experience highly prioritized. Oscar system knowledge a plus. New college graduate with accounting or hospitality degree looking for a long term career considered.

Avg. of 40-50 hours per week.
