Applicants must be conservative and must have a desire to support and defend US Constitutional rights. The position is responsible for developing (finding & adding volunteers) AND communicate actively with the volunteer base. The primary goal is to activate volunteers while ensuring that they are given tasks that they want, that they enjoy, and that they are good at.
The position will be responsible for tracking, finding fitting volunteers, and assigning all to-dos to the best possible people.
This is most certainly a communication position. Applicants must be organized and must be excellent at developing relationships while also being comfortable with asking people to deliver great results in the needed period of time.
This person will keep track of all the many tasks across the campaign, assign volunteer responsibilities, manage and update the master campaign task list, create effective strategies for the execution of tasks, and provide regular status updates to campaign leadership.
Applicants must be in Central WA and ideally near Prosser, WA so that the team member can interact with other team members in person regularly.
The current need is part-time but the time commitment will increase over the next few months. This can be overcome by adding another team member or by increasing the time commitment as the campaign volunteer base grows.
