The client must be made to feel free that he or she can talk freely with the doctors or staff at any time, about anything. Each staff member plays an important role in building this confidence by being cheerful, friendly, helpful, tactful, understanding, patient, and compassionate in their dealings with clients. Above all, we want to impart the feeling that we think of each pet as if it were our own, and treat that pet accordingly. We must consistently exceed our client’s expectations.
