We are seeking a Creative Director with truly cutting-edge vision — someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but sets them. This role is for a creative leader with exceptional taste, bold instincts, and the confidence to push ideas beyond the obvious.

The Creative Director will define and elevate the visual, conceptual, and narrative identity of our organization across all platforms — ensuring our work is compelling, modern, edgy, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably original.
• Set and execute a distinctive creative vision that raises the bar for everything we produce
• Develop bold, outside-the-box concepts that are memorable, impactful, and culturally relevant
• Oversee all creative output including branding, campaigns, digital content, video, social, web, and print
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all visual and storytelling touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with leadership to translate mission and strategy into powerful creative expression
• Lead, mentor, and inspire internal creatives and external collaborators or freelancers
• Push ideas past “acceptable” toward exceptional, while maintaining strategic clarity
• Stay ahead of cultural, design, and media trends — and know when to ignore them
• Protect the integrity of the brand while continuously evolving it
• A big-picture creative thinker with refined taste and strong point of view
• Known for ideas that feel fresh, daring, modern, and emotionally intelligent
• Comfortable challenging assumptions — including leadership’s — in service of stronger work
• A rare blend of artistic intuition and strategic discipline
• Obsessed with quality, detail, and originality
• Confident enough to take risks — and skilled enough to make them pay off
• Able to move seamlessly between high-level vision and hands-on execution when needed
• Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative lead (agency, media, brand, or mission-driven org)
• A standout portfolio demonstrating innovative, high-impact creative work
• Experience leading creative strategy across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment without compromising quality
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
