For you employers who have decided to stand up and be counted as “free speech” employers, thank you! You are part of a growing movement that is providing encouragement and employment potential to hardworking Americans across this great land.
Here are some quotes that we are getting from workers:
“Great, this is so refreshing!”
“Thank you, red balloon!”
“Currently an ICU RN in MA and looking to see what is out there for RN's losing their job due to the vaccine. I am up for anything. I live in the Boston area! I think I’m over being a nurse after the games they play - hero one day then you’re out!”
“Thank you so much for all you do!!!! You have no idea how much this means to us!! THANK YOU!!”
I could go on and on.
This site, and more importantly - your participation - have been a massive encouragement to many people who are currently between a rock and a hard place. And while encouraging people can be its own reward, there are other benefits. We have seen an astonishing number of freedom-loving workers who are actively searching for courageous employers like you. Numerous RedBalloon employers have already found some of these qualified applicants who are ready to get to work and start a new adventure. This week we have seen over 10,000 unique users, and we don’t see that slowing down.
Last night, Business Insider highlighted RedBalloon as part of its article about the “No Vax Job Board” on Gab. That group was created on Gab this week and already has 30k members. There are obviously many people out there who simply want to work, without corporate leadership dictating their personal medical decisions for them. Andrew Torba, CEO of Gab, pinned RedBalloon to the top of that group as a way to highlight the freedom-of-work labor exchange. Encouraging all around!
If you have not joined RedBalloon and started posting jobs, now is a great time! There are many highly skilled people around the country who are looking to work for employers just like you. One employer told me recently that they are putting, “conservative, no vaccination required” on their job postings. This has generated a flood of over-qualified people who are willing to take a pay cut simply to work where they are free. Wow!
Have a blessed day and a wonderful weekend, but more importantly, have courage and stand up!
